The time has come: After a year of joint development, the FAIRSPEC initiative publishes the first code, which is intended to be a guideline for future work in the independent scene.
The FAIRSPEC Code was developed with the participation of more than 150 artists from theater and dance as well as experts. Not least of all Prof. Dr. Thomas Schmidt, whose study "Power and Structure in the Theater - Asymmetries of Power" two years ago uncovered grievances in theaters.
